Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us at support@lucidlearner.com for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After the 7-day guarantee period, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, with no further charges.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Lucid Learner LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
